PETER PADBURY MSc, APF

In more than 30 years doing foresight in a variety of settings around the world, I have led hundreds of projects with NGOs, businesses, governments and UN agencies.

From 2008 to 2021, I was Chief Futurist at Policy Horizons Canada where I played a leading role in building one of the foremost government foresight centers in the world.

In 2024, I was appointed to the 10 person OECD Advisory Committee on Foresight. 

I have recently retired and want to continue to help build a better world. I provide foresight advice and support at any stage in policy development, decision making process, capacity building and assessment processes, and am particularly interested in vision-building for transformative change.
